These terms govern your use of the INFRO website and API gateway. By creating an account or using the API you agree to them.
The service
INFRO provides a unified API gateway that routes your requests to third-party and self-hosted model providers. Model output is generated by machine learning systems and is provided as-is; you are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.
Accounts and keys
You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and for all usage under them. Set spend limits on keys you distribute. Notify us immediately at hello@infro.io if a key is compromised.
Acceptable use
- No illegal content or activity.
- No attempts to circumvent rate limits, safety systems, or billing.
- You must comply with the acceptable-use policies of the upstream providers that serve your requests.
Billing
Usage is billed per token at the rates shown in the console at the time of the request. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change; changes apply only to future usage.
Availability
We engineer for high availability with multi-provider failover, but the service is provided without a guaranteed SLA on self-serve plans. Enterprise SLAs are available under separate agreement.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, INFRO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
